If you bought a product through one of our links, returns are usually handled by the store you purchased from (like Amazon or another retailer). Use this page to tell us what happened, and we’ll point you to the fastest next step.
For the quickest help, include your order number and the website you purchased from. If you’re not sure, just share the link you clicked.
Quick return checklist
- Find your order email receipt
- Grab the order number (or screenshot it)
- Note what went wrong (wrong item, damage, missing parts, etc.)
- If it arrived damaged, take 1–2 clear photos
Most returns go through the retailer
If you purchased from Amazon or another shop, you’ll typically start the return in your order history on that website. If you’re stuck, submit the form and we’ll help you find the right return page.
